OVERVIEW

The Queer Chocolatier needed a poster to tell Muncie they were still in business while moving storefronts. They asked for a social media campaign with the words “Still Here, Still Queer” to show the public they are thriving and still in business.

RESULTS

The “Still Here, Still Queer” poster uses the idea of a maker’s workplace, with flurried ingredients and materials around the typography. The words were created by dusting powdered sugar over a cutout, then refined with careful brushstrokes to remove excess sugar. Just in time for Valentine’s Day sales, the lowercase “i” in both words are dotted with a heart.
